OWNERSHIP AND MODIFICATIONS KRISTINAMORROS.COM (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Coach”, or the “Company”) OWNS AND OPERATES THE SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE, EFFECTIVE UPON THEIR POSTING. WE OR OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES, OR BUSINESS PARTNERS MAY IMPOSE LIMITS ON CERTAIN FEATURES AND SERVICES OR RESTRICT YOUR ACCESS TO PARTS OR ALL OF THE SERVICES WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY; WE MAY ALSO TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
AGREEMENT HIGHLIGHTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, TEXT MESSAGING TERMS, AND OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS.
SCOPE OF SERVICES We offer holistic health and lifestyle coaching focused on functional wellness, nutrition, mobility, and recovery. Services may include consultations (virtual or in-person), movement sessions, sound healing, functional lab recommendations, and limited email support. Services are educational and are not a substitute for medical care from your primary healthcare provider.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY You are fully responsible for your health decisions, actions, and results. Coaching recommendations are guidance tools, not medical directives. Participation requires active engagement, personal accountability, and commitment to the process.
NO MEDICAL CARE PROVIDED While the Coach or its agent may be a licensed medical professional, they are not your medical provider and services provided through the Coach are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your health regimen.
CONFIDENTIALITY All information shared during sessions is confidential to the extent allowed by law. This relationship is not HIPAA-covered. Written consent is required to share any client information, except when legally required.
PAYMENT TERMS Payment is due in full at booking, unless otherwise stated in your package agreement. No monthly payment plans are offered. Annual memberships and pay-in-full packages are non-refundable once services begin. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in termination of services.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND WEATHER POLICY Sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed or late-canceled sessions are charged in full. No-shows result in forfeited appointments. Outdoor sessions (e.g., SUP Yoga) may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Clients will be notified of weather cancellations and offered credit or rescheduling; no refunds for weather, unless otherwise stated.
EMAIL SUPPORT Packages include a set number of email check-ins. Additional email support beyond the package allowance is billed at $150/hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.
USE OF SERVICES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All text, photographs, images, artwork, audio/video clips, design, software, trademarks, and other content (“Content”) are the sole property of kristinamorros.com or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of the Content is strictly prohibited.
USER CONDUCT GUIDELINES You agree not to disrupt or abuse the Services, introduce malware, use another’s account without permission, or transmit spam or unsolicited messages. We reserve the right to remove any unlawful or inappropriate content.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER The Coach makes no guarantees about outcomes or results. Results depend on your commitment, engagement, and individual health factors.
LAB TESTING Functional labs may be recommended. The Coach assists with ordering and basic interpretation, but is not liable for third-party lab errors, processing delays, or policies. Lab costs are separate unless specified otherwise.
SESSION EXPIRATION All sessions must be used within the designated package timeframe (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months from intake). Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DISCLAIMERS USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRISTINA MORROS AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE USE.
TEXT MESSAGING By providing your number and opting in, you consent to receive texts from kristinamorros.com. These may include service updates and marketing messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
MOBILE APP USAGE These terms also apply to our mobile apps. Use good judgment and protect your privacy when using the Services or communicating with others via our apps.
THIRD-PARTY PROMOTIONS The Services may feature promotions from third parties. kristinamorros.com is not responsible for the accuracy or performance of third-party offers or services. Your interactions with third-party vendors are at your own risk.
ARBITRATION Disputes between you and kristinamorros.com will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
